Calculating Water Depth

I’m not sure if my boat will make it over a rockbar at high tide.

How can I work that out using tide charts?

Good question. This is very important for the safety of your boat.

This is the formula for areas that do not dry at low tide:

Water Depth =

Chart Depth + Tide
